By confirming a COD order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The order details (product, size, price, delivery address, and contact information) are accurate and final.

  • They will be available at the provided delivery address to accept the shipment.

  • Payment will be made at the time of delivery without delay.

3️⃣ Refusal of Confirmed COD Orders

Refusal of a verified and dispatched COD order without a valid reason results in:

  • Forward shipping charges

  • Return (RTO – Return to Origin) courier charges

  • Packaging and handling expenses

  • Operational and inventory losses

Such actions directly affect small and growing businesses and disrupt service efficiency.

4️⃣ Action Against Unjustified COD Refusals

In cases where a customer:

  • Confirms an order and subsequently refuses delivery without a valid reason

  • Repeatedly places orders without genuine intent to accept delivery

  • Provides misleading, incorrect, or false information

Rishton Ki Dukaan™ reserves the right to:

  • Block the customer’s contact details and delivery address

  • Restrict future purchases to Prepaid Only mode

  • Recover applicable logistics and handling charges

  • Initiate appropriate legal action in cases involving deliberate misuse or fraudulent intent

5️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must inform us through our official support channels before dispatch.

Cancellation requests received after dispatch may attract applicable logistics charges.
